Beyond CRM - Leveraging the Brand

Throughout the Customer Lifecycle

- Attracting New Customers

- Enriching the Ownership Experience

- Strengthening Customer Retention

- Reinforcing Brand Value in Marketing, Sales, & Service

- Maximizing Customer Value for OEM, Dealer, & Captive

The Automotive Customer Centricity Summit 2010 features:

- Real expertise on critical topics

- An intimate, executive environment

- Interactive, best-practice presentations

- True peer-to-peer learning

- Exclusive sponsors & strictly limited vendor involvement

- NEW - SEMA Vehicle Display!

Now in its 6th year, the Automotive Customer Centricity Summit is the only Summit dedicated to helping the Automotive Industry improve Customer Relationships.  The day and a half agenda provides an exclusive, learning environment for senior level executives from OEMs, Dealers, and Captives.  The Summit is a unique opportunity to learn from and network with true peers – moving individuals, companies, and the industry forward by discussing common challenges and sharing collaborative success stories.  In 2010, the Summit will address how customer relationships are being strengthened through innovative CRM & Customer Centric ideas in areas such as:

- Customer Loyalty Strategies

- Utilizing Customer Satisfaction Scores

- OEM – Dealer Marketing Collaboration

- Point of Sale Customization

- Customer Lifecycle Management

- Leveraging New Communication Tactics

- Improving Vehicle Service

- Service Customer Retention

- Dealer CRM

- Digital & Direct Marketing

Customer Centric and CRM strategies have reached a high level of acceptance within the Automotive Industry.  However, in many cases utilization has been tactical in nature and limited to traditional customer service.  Driving Customer Centricity across functional groups and throughout the ecosystem remains a significant challenge but offers equally compelling rewards.  The Summit will provide insight on how OEMs, Dealers, and Captives are reinforcing the brand throughout the customer lifecycle to successfully attract new customers, deliver a high value ownership experience, strengthen customer retention, and maximize customer lifetime value.

NEW - SEMA Vehicle Display!

TLS is excited to announce a joint presentation by SEMA and Galpin Auto Sports.  The VP of Vehicle Technology from SEMA and the President of Galpin Auto Sports will discuss the value of Point of Sale Customization to the Customer, Dealer, and OEM.  Their presentation will be complimented by a display of several Galpin Auto Sports vehicles showcasing innovative customizations including high tech enhancements, performance improvements, and unique appearance packages.  The vehicles will be available for viewing on the Promenade directly outside of the Ritz-Carlton throughout the Summit.

Closing Panel Discussion

The Summit will close with a Panel Discussion moderated by Ward’s Dealer Business.  The Panel will provide a final opportunity for the entire group to question their peers and interact with one another, leaving the Summit with newly gained insights on the challenges and benefits of Customer Centricity in the Automotive industry.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn from and network with recognized Automotive thought leaders in an environment focused on high quality peer interaction.
